Being tired and run-down makes me a bit more sensitive to things- lights for one. Social media for another. Staring at the computer screen pretty much covers both. I’ve been whittling down my lists some more, un-subbing from some coupon emails I never use, etc.
I would very much like to drop one of my sites where I follow friends. While there are some folks who are on all three, mostly it’s three separate groups with whom I would like to keep up. I dropped Google+ a while back and haven’t missed it a bit. I just do such a terrible job of keeping up with folks in other ways (phone/email) that I don’t want to lose track of them entirely by ditching Facebook (for example).
Information overload is probably one reason I’ve been posting here less as well.
In other news, had a follow-up with my PCP yesterday, just to check in on how my new meds are doing. I’m going to try taking them in the morning instead of at lunch- some of my weird dreams and waking up at 3/4 am may be due to the meds.
