I’m amazed that I can sleep for a full night and wake up absolutely exhausted. It’s not really anything new so I’m not sure why I’m surprised- it’s just completely contrary to general expectations. Also, still trying to figure out where the porcupine/fox critter in my dream came from. Weirdness.
Monday: carpool to work, grocery shopping after
Tuesday: drove to work, yard work after (yay! Yard looks great!)
Wednesday: carpool to work, vaccuum after
Thursday: drove to work, probably laundry today (put away clean and wash sheets/change linens)
Friday: plan to drive to work so I can leave a couple hours early and do craft shopping with a friend- yay!
Tuesday night was pretty brutal. I was hit with insomnia and couldn’t get anywhere near sleep until midnight. At 3 am our phone rang. Dear friends and family- if there is ever an emergency that requires you to call me in the wee hours, fully expect me to utterly incomprehensible. Apparently it was a wrong number since they left no message, but I was pretty ticked off. Never really got back to sleep after that.
The weather has continued to be absolutely delicious, although the afternoons are still a bit too warm for the early morning sweaters I keep bringing in to work. Wearing a new black one today that’s been hanging in my closet waiting for the right weather. I do love sweaters!
Yesterday was full of chocolate. It was a pretty good day.
Working our way through the second season of Big Bang Theory. We have confirmed a friend’s hypothesis that it is the spouse of the engineer or scientist who is more entertained than the engineer or scientist himself. (hee-hee!)
Stiff, tired, and in a holding pattern with my health. Honestly, I probably will not improve unless I start the heavy duty meds again, but I really want to try and stick it out for at least six mo9nths off the chemo. At some point I have to decide whether this is worth it or not; the jury is still out.
