So, life has not been particularly fun lately. I am starting to get my test results back and… my thyroid is fine. This would seem like good news, but unfortunately it means that Something Else is terribly out of whack. I’m exhausted and in pain and extremely worried. I have no PT scheduled this week which is good, since it gives me some time to rest, but bad because I am being haphazard about doing my stretches because I am so stiff/exhausted/in pain.
Talking vitamins at work I was informed (and then researched for myself afterwards) that taking my calcium and iron supplements together isn’t as effective for iron absorption as taking them separately. I am unsure what to do with this info- maybe move my calcium/d and multivitamin to dinner time? I would really prefer to stay on the same pill schedule (4x a day) rather than try to work in a 5th. I have not looked into the whole liquid supplements thing that was also recommended yet- I can only take one change at a time.
I tried to Tweet about something cool the other day. For whatever reason the Tweet did not send and now I forget what the cool, thing was. Brain fog FTL. Oh! My eye exam went well. Yay!
